Key Responsibilities
- Support lead educators in program planning and implementation
- Supervise and engage with children during daily activities
- Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, and outdoor play
- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized learning environments
- Support children with individual needs and behavioral guidance
- Communicate with families about their child's daily experiences
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children preferred
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- ECE coursework or related education
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Previous experience in childcare or education settings
- Additional language skills
