CWELCC at CFEL

Access affordable, high-quality early childhood education through the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program.

What is CWELCC?

The Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program is a historic federal initiative designed to make high-quality child care more affordable and accessible for families across Canada.

Through CWELCC, the Government of Canada is working with provinces and territories to reduce child care fees and create new licensed child care spaces, making it easier for parents to participate in the workforce while ensuring their children receive quality early learning experiences.

At CFEL, we are proud participants in the CWELCC program, offering eligible families significantly reduced child care fees while maintaining our commitment to exceptional early childhood education.
