About This Role
Are you passionate about early childhood education and making a lasting impact on young lives? CFEL is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team across multiple locations.
As an ECE at CFEL, you will implement our innovative 7 Delivery Streams framework, creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
You will work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and community partners to support each child's unique learning journey and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs using our 7 Delivery Streams framework
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development
- Create inclusive, engaging learning environments that support all children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by licensing
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family events
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
Required Qualifications
- ECE Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Passion for working with children and families
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience with inclusive education practices
- Additional certifications in child development or special needs
- Bilingual capabilities (French, Mandarin, or other languages)
