Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement family engagement programs and initiatives
- Plan and coordinate special events, celebrations, and workshops
- Build relationships with families and address concerns or feedback
- Create communication materials and family newsletters
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities for families
- Develop partnerships with community organizations
- Support new family orientation and transition processes
- Gather and analyze family satisfaction feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in community engagement or family services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and event planning abilities
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse families
- Proficiency with social media and communication platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood or educational settings
- Event planning certification or experience
- Multilingual capabilities
- Nonprofit or community organization experience
- Marketing or communications background
