Join our head office team as Marketing & Communications Coordinator and help share CFEL's story with families and communities.
You will develop marketing materials, manage social media presence, and support enrollment initiatives across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Manage social media accounts and website content
- Coordinate enrollment events and community outreach initiatives
- Support locations with local marketing and enrollment efforts
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and enrollment data
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Develop partnerships with community organizations and businesses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in marketing, preferably in education or childcare sector
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong writing and graphic design skills
- Understanding of target audience and family demographics
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with early childhood education or family services
- Graphic design software proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Website management and SEO knowledge
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Photography and video production skills
