About This Role
Are you looking for flexible work opportunities in early childhood education? Join our supply educator team and work across all CFEL locations as needed.
As a supply educator, you'll provide coverage for regular staff during absences, ensuring continuity of care and programming for children and families.
This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to gain experience across different age groups and program settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for regular educators during planned and unplanned absences
- Implement existing program plans and daily routines
- Maintain positive relationships with children and support their needs
- Follow established classroom procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate with regular staff and supervisors about daily activities
- Adapt to different age groups and program settings as needed
- Complete required documentation and incident reports
Required Qualifications
- ECE qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children in group settings
- Flexibility and adaptability to work at different locations
- Reliable transportation between locations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a supply/substitute educator
- Familiarity with multiple age groups
- Additional certifications or training
- Bilingual capabilities
